Undoubtedly, our culinary delights will be one of the highlights of your holiday. Using fresh produce from our farm, Stefan Kerschbaumer, a true master of his kitchen, conjures up a culinary diversity to delight the palate of every gourmet anew, each and every day.
Healthy buffets and set meals
First thing in the morning, the breakfast buffet including scrumptious coarse rye bread, home-made bacon and pastries fresh from the oven are proof of how good healthy food can taste. Throughout your varied day, lunch just as varied is combined with drinks from the juice bar. In the evening, the fresh salad and starters buffet is followed by a four-course set evening meal which is bound to delight even the pickiest eater.

Our organic farm
Enjoy your food with a good conscience – with organic food from the Burgstaller garden. We ensure the all-round well-being of our guests both big and small by means of fruit and vegetables we grow ourselves and which are jam-packed full of vitamins and minerals.
Natural products from the region
"Light, fresh from the garden, natural and prepared with a great deal of care and skill" is the motto according to which our team in the kitchen works. Our kitchen uses organic produce from our own farm as well as fresh produce from regional farmers, such as organic, free-range eggs. Our beef comes largely from our own farm (the animals spend 5 months grazing on the mountain pasture). Mutton, pork and seasonal fruit and veg are supplied by our regional Carinthian farmers.
