Interesting facts on your reservation
You can make a reservation per phone, fax, mail, or email. Your reservation is guaranteed from our side once we receive a down payment of € 250 per booking on our account. After this you will receive your reservation confirmation.
Your rooms are available from 3pm. On the day of departure we ask you to free your room by 10am latest.
You may pay cash or by bank card (EC card) or credit card (Visa or Master card).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation – can happen to anybody. And in order to be prepared for that eventuality we recommend you take out a travel cancellation insurance policy and should you wish, we would be pleased to help you in that. For cancellations within three weeks of the planned date of arrival we will keep your down payment. For earlier cancellations we will keep your down payment valid for a later stay.
For cancellations within 10 days of the planned date of arrival we charge the costs of the booked arrangement minus 20% for not consumed services in the event that your room was not booked by somebody else.
The reservation underlies the Austrian hotel regulations. Payable and sueable in 9800 Spittal, Austria.
