At the Familiengut Burgstaller, we ideally like to source produce from our own garden and fields. Everything we are unable to produce ourselves is obtained from regional, high-quality suppliers in the local surroundings and the Alpe-Adria region. Delicious ingredients for our Familiengut ¾-board pamper package.


We source our fresh chicken, mutton and pork from Nockfleisch. Nockfleisch also sells meat exclusively from the markets of Carinthia.

Baunerhof Marktl from Gnesau

We have delicious fresh eggs delivered from here. The family business places great significance on modernity, species-appropriate animal husbandry and the latest technology. GM-free feed and personal dedication to the welfare of the animals ensure optimal quality.

Ottingerhof in Bad Kleinkirchheim

We obtain shoots from the Ottingerhof – hardy vegetable seedlings. The organic farm only uses certified organic seeds on compostable natural fibre mats. Pesticides, artificial fertiliser and other chemical substances are avoided which generates valuable ingredients such as nutrients and vitamins.

Kaslab’n Nockberge in Radentheim

We obtain the very best cheese products from Kaslab’n Nockberge in Radentheim. Organic cow and organic goat hay milk are processed here to make delicious dairy products such as cheese. Seasonality and quality are always at the core of production.

Kärnten Fisch in Feld am See

We source our fresh fish, fillets and smoked products from Kärnten Fisch, a quality fish breeder with natural ponds in Feld am See. The unique flavour is created by the natural methods of keeping the fish. We also obtain fresh and tasty whitefish from local anglers – caught fresh from Lake Millstatt.

Local hunters

Depending on the season, we source wild game from local hunters from the regional hunting grounds in the Nockberge peaks. Our kitchen team conjure up some a truly refined treats for the taste buds with venison, chamois and red deer.
