At the Familiengut Burgstaller, we grow what we can ourselves and conjure up Carinthian specialities and international delights from the riches of nature. Fresh, high-quality, sustainable, natural – straight from our vegetable and herb garden, fruit trees and potato fields. Everything else comes from our regional suppliers who prioritise appropriate animal husbandry and sustainable management.
Our chef Stefan, Sous-chef Andi and team then create some delicious treats for the taste buds which simply melt in the mouth. All topped off with a glass of exquisite Austrian wine. We would be happy to serve some delicious menus or to prepare a fantastic buffet of specialities for you.
