Sauna Area & vitality garden at the Familiengut

A retreat for body and soul awaits you at the Familiengut Burgstaller. The sauna area invites you to relax with its bio sauna, Finnish sauna, steam sauna and infrared cabin. After soothing warmth, enjoy a cup of tea in our cosy tea bar or recharge your batteries in our relaxation room, the vitality garden, with direct access to the 30,000 m² garden with heated outdoor pool.

The new Spa

What can you expect in the new sauna area & vitality garden?

  • Two new saunas provide even more relaxing moments in the sauna area.
  • We have tripled the size of the sauna area and connected existing rooms to create a new area.
  • We have created a unique vitality garden relaxation room with direct access to the garden.
  • You can retreat to the relaxation bunks in the garden area and listen to nature while you recharge your batteries.

Familiengut sauna area

A visit to the sauna really makes you sweat, but thanks to the high temperatures, all the muscles in your body relax, your metabolism is boosted, as is your body's own immune system. The following awaits you in our sauna area:

  • 60 degree bio sauna
  • 90 degree Finnish sauna
  • Infrared cabin
  • steam sauna
  • cosy tea bar
  • Hydro Jet massage table (in the "Himmelreich" on the 3rd floor)

Familiengut vitality garden

A very special highlight awaits you at the Familiengut - our vitality garden! This inviting place of health and relaxation offers a glazed relaxation room with an idyllic view of the garden. An oasis has been created here to put your well-being centre stage. Enjoy precious moments of peace and relaxation with your loved ones in this inviting refuge.

After savouring the pleasant warmth in the saunas, you can switch to the heated outdoor pool thanks to the newly designed access to the garden and make yourself comfortable on the sunbathing lawn, dig your toes into the grass and close your eyes. The sky above you. Breathe in the fresh air. The birds chirp, the clouds drift by. At this moment, you feel light as a feather. There is nothing else to do.

Our opening times

Opening hours are generally from 14:00 to 19:00 and are ONLY for adults aged 16 and over.
On request, the sauna can also be booked for the whole family before or after regular opening hours.
